Our guest speakers including Sandi Herring and her fine colleagues presented the topic of “Bodies in Motion – Ergo for Everyone”.

The message covered the following information:

Proper lifting techniques
Proper ergonomics with wrist movements and flexion
Stretches and exercises
Engaging Associates in Ergonomic benefits
All members were able to learn and take away insightful information from our presentation and discussions.
