Process
- All members will be e-mailed or faxed following pricing and process approval by the
Executive Board.
- On first notification, members will have 5 business days from the date of the e-mail or
fax to commit to a space, either by calling the President or Secretary.
- Priority will be given to those advertisers that sign-up for the whole year.
- If there are more requests than for allotted space; priority will be given to the first
request by date and time.
- Quarterly available space will be announced at monthly meetings or by e-mail/fax
announcement.
- Multiple page listings by the same company will not be accepted unless space becomes
available after 10 days has elapsed in the quarter with no commitment by other
advertisers.
- If payment for advertising is not received by the end of the first month of the quarter,
the advertisement will be removed.
- It is recommended that contracted advertisers, "refresh" their advertisement
monthly. This can be accomplished by contacting the secretary with the changes or
upgrades. Graphics and design changes that require additional set-up by the web
manager will be estimated and approval for extra charges will be secured before changing
or posting the advertisement.
