 | Calendars. The membership approved $750.00 at the
September meeting to purchase 500 calendars. The price has increased by
$200.00. Motion was presented & passed to spend the additional $200.00 to
buy the calendars. |
 | By-Laws. These are posted on our website at
www.glasc.org. We run our meetings according to these by-laws. If
anyone sees that we are not or would like to make any changes, please
contact either Paul Felkey or Michele Baker. |
 | The 2007 meeting schedule was passed around. Our
meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. If you
would like to host a meeting, but cannot hold the meeting on the 2nd
Wednesday, we are flexible with moving the meeting to a different date. |
 | Usually in October we nominate persons for the board and we vote on
those nominations at our November meeting. Due to our October & November
meetings being cancelled, we are voting & swearing in officers at today’s
meeting. |

situation at this time last year & for letting her be a part of this
organization. |
 | Treasurer’s Report: Rob Outhouse was
absent at this meeting. A written report will be handed out at our
January meeting. |
 | Next Years Dues. Officers will meet to decide if the dues will remain
unchanged again for 2007.
Municipalities are exempt from dues. |
 | The dues for 2006 were $35.00 per
company. This entitles you to send up to three (3) representatives from

host the January meeting if we can hold it at Ivy Tech. Mark Brandyberry
will see if they will be able to host. |
